Last Updated: May 21, 2026
Scene App, operated by XenexStudio, is committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Scene App collects or accesses, how that information is used, and what choices you have when using the mobile application.
1. Information We Collect or Access
Scene App only collects or accesses information needed to provide the app's core features: sign-in, live streaming, stream setup, overlays, chat, wallet/coins, and account connection.
Account Information
When you sign in with Google, Scene App may access and store basic profile information such as your name and email address. This is used to sign you in, identify your in-app wallet/coin balance, and personalize the app experience.
Streaming Platform Account Information
If you connect a streaming platform, Scene App may access and store information needed to stream on your behalf:

- Twitch: account name, account ID, login name, profile image URL, OAuth tokens, stream key, ingest URL, chat connection information, and viewer count information.
- Facebook: Facebook Page name, Page ID, OAuth access token, Page access token, and Facebook Live video/stream information.
This information is used only to connect your account, create or manage live streams, send stream metadata, fetch chat/viewer information, and disconnect accounts when requested.
Screen, Camera, Microphone, and Device Audio
Scene App may request access to screen capture, camera, microphone, and device audio permissions. These permissions are used only when you explicitly enable recording, overlays, or live streaming features.
Screen, camera, microphone, and audio data is processed in real time for preview, recording, overlays, or streaming. Scene App does not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Media and Storage
Scene App may access media or local storage when you choose thumbnails, images, overlays, or save local content. These files are used only for the feature you select.
Wallet, Coins, and Entitlements
Scene App uses Firebase services to manage user authentication state, wallet/coin balance, purchases, and unlocked widget entitlements. This may include your Firebase user ID, Google profile details, wallet balance, transaction records, and unlocked item IDs.

Scene App acts as a technical conduit for streaming. Stream content is sent to the platform you choose and is governed by that platform's privacy policy and terms.

Your use of these services may be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
